Refund requests
Email support with your account and order details. We respond within 3 business days.
If we do not respond in time, Creem may issue a refund on your behalf per their policies.
Canceling subscriptions
Use Dashboard → Manage subscription & billing (Creem portal) to stop auto-renewal. Access continues until period end.
After refund
Approved refunds revoke the related Pro entitlement.
Activation codes
Institutional codes are handled with the issuing organization; standard online refund flow may not apply.
