What is Semfol and what do you sell?+
Semfol is an online teaching toolkit SaaS for educators. We sell digital Pro subscriptions and one-time passes — no physical products.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?+
Free includes basic tools after signing in and completing the free claim. Pro unlocks all tools, cloud config storage, and CSV/Excel import.
How do I purchase and pay?+
Sign in, choose a plan on Pricing, and complete checkout on Creem. Creem acts as Merchant of Record for payments and tax compliance.
How do I cancel a subscription?+
Open Dashboard → Manage subscription & billing to use the Creem customer portal. Access remains until the current period ends.
One-time pass vs subscription?+
Subscriptions renew automatically. One-time passes grant fixed-term Pro access with no auto-renewal. Active subscribers must cancel before buying a one-time pass.
How do organization activation codes work?+
Sign in and redeem your code on the Redeem page. Codes are for institutional purchases alongside online billing.
How do I request a refund?+
Email support with your account and order details. We respond within 3 business days. See our Refund Policy.
How do I contact support?+
